Thruster – Work up to a 3 rep max.
- 40kg PB

Then:
As many rounds as possible in 7 min:
- 7 pullups
- 14 box jumps (20”)
- 21 lunge walk
::rest 2 min::
As many rounds as possible in 7 min (27.5kg):
- 3 deadlift
- 5 hang squat clean
- 7 thrusters

Count #1: 3 rounds + 3 pull ups
Count #2: 3 rounds + 1 deadlift
