Deadlift technique (30kg)

Then:
12 Minutes:
- 2 farmers walks (12kg KB)
- 20 box jumps
- 4 farmers walks
- 15 box jumps
- 6 farmers walks
- 10 box jumps
- 8 farmers walks
- 5 box jumps
- Cash out: Burpees

Result: ~24
