Then:
Skill practice, box handstand, wall facing handstand, wall walk, shoulder taps

Then:
For Time (20 minute cap):
- 1-2-3-4-5 Wall Walks
- 10-20-30-40-50 Lunges
- 10-20-30-40-50 Sit Ups
