- 40kg, 60kg, 80kg, 90kg, 95kg, 100kg (PB)

Then:
3 Rounds of:
- 1 minute of Toes-to-Bar
- 1 minute of DB Squat Cleans (10kg)
- 1 minute of Press Ups
- 1 minute rest
