Warmup: 400m run; 3 x 5 Pull Ups; Press Ups; Sit Ups; Squats

Then:
Working to a max on 2-2-2-2-2 Deadlifts:
- 40kg, 70kg,… 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 115kg, 120kg (F2)

Then:
10 Rounds for time (10,1 - 9,2 - 8,3… etc):
- 10-1 Box Jumps
- 1-10 Pull Ups
