Warmup:
- 400m row
- 3 x 5 Press Ups
- 3 x 5 Pull Ups
- 3 x 5 Sit Ups
- 3 x 5 Squats
- OHSs (pvc)

Then:
Work on heavy triplets (aim to increase weight on each lift).
3-3-3 Overhead Squats: 25kg, 27.5kg, 30kg (PB)
3-3-3 Front Squats: 40kg, 45kg, 50kg (PB)
3-3-3 Back Squats: 52.5kg (F2), 52.5kg, 55kg (F1)
