- 2 x 5 Press Ups
- 2 x 5 Sit Ups
- 2 x 5 OHS (8kg)

Then:
5 x 5 Weighted Pullups (5+ minute – long rests):
- 14kg, 16kg, 17kg, 18kg, 19kg (F5)
