2 x 10 pull ups, press ups, squats, situps (5 situp / 20sec plank)
Then:
3 Rounds for time
- Run 400m
- 12 Deadlifts – Bodyweight
- 21 Box Jump – 24″
Time: 14:30
(25kg deadlift; 16″ box)
Notes:
Deadlift and boxjump kept light and small to avoid any issues with back.
