Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
- 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg,… 57.5kg (F3), 45kg, 45kg, 45kg, 45kg
Was meant to be across at 57.5, bit much. And shoulder wasn’t having it.

3 Rounds
- 10 Burpee Box Jump
- 10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

(feeling unfit… pull ups are well hard)
