- 3 x 10 Sit Ups
Then:
- 5 minutes of Double Unders
- 4 minutes squat Cleans (30kg)
- 3 minutes Handstand Press Ups (3 ab mats)
- 2 minutes Box Jumps
- 1 minute Kettlebell Swings
Count: 15 / 21 / 11 / 25 / 17
Rubbish at double-unders. First time on handstand pressups.
