Do a round every minute,… 1 Squat Clean; 1 Ring Dip; 2 Squat Cleans; 2 Ring Dips; 3 Squat Cleans …. etc… Stop when unable to complete round in designated time.
Count: 14 Rounds + 6 Cleans
