Warmup: 400m run; walk lunges; reverse lunges; spiderman lunges; gorilla walk; inch worm; stripper stretch; hollow rocks & superman

Then:
Work across 3-3-3-3-3 Deadlift @ 85%
- 20kg, 50kg, 70kg,… 90kg, 90kg, 90kg, 90kg, 90kg

Then:
5 Rounds for time:
- 5 Deadlifts (50kg)
- 10 Burpees
Time: 6:05

After:
5 Rounds (not for time):
- 10 Press Ups
- 10 Knees-To-Elbows
