Warmup: Skipping Double-Unders; Wall Stretch, Calf Stretch, PVC overhead hip stretches – 10 a leg; Hollow Rock; Dead Bugs; Stripper Stretch; Inch Worm (with tube!)

Then:
”Kelly” (using Kettlebell’s instead of Wallball)
5 Rounds:
- 400m Run
- 30 Box Jumps
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (12kg)
